The Curacao license allows the company to organize online gambling. It covers both casinos and sports betting. The company can operate under the Curaçao license in all countries that recognize this jurisdiction. The only exceptions are Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. It is prohibited for the company to operate under this license in these countries.
If you find a violation of this rule, you can report it to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. If the violation is confirmed, the company will be prosecuted. But before filing a complaint, we ask you to make sure that the company operates in the prohibited country only under our license, and it has no related permits from other gaming commissions.
